An evening with Lisa O'Neill 

Early on she was welcomed into the folk and traditional scene in pubs and venues around the city where her singular voice, witty lyrics and observations on modern Irish life gained her popularity and set her apart as a unique talent.
Her independently released debut album, aptly titled "Has an Album" was launched in 2009 and sold out throughout the country displaying her popularity not just in Dublin but nationwide.
This year she toured North America, Canada and the UK, opening for Welsh singer David Gray. She's currently working on her second album.

Cavan Town Branch Comhaltas
This vibrant Comhaltas branch of young and mature musicians will perform a recital of classical and traditional tunes at Cavan Courthouse.

An exhibition by Ross Cochrane which is a record of the artist’s journey and exploration of liminal landscapes and ‘edge-lands’ within Cavan Town and surrounding areas. 

By examining places through touch, the artist rediscovers and opens a dialogue into a sequence of ever-changing and diminishing landscapes, which intersect between former ecologies and new consumer topographies.

'The Shakings of the Bag'

'In the Current' 

Launch of ‘In the Current’, a Public Art Project by Yvonne Cullivan under the Per Cent for Art Scheme, with Cavan County Council.

Eight short films will be screened, that are new works by the artist in response to a long-term engagement with members of the community of Belturbet.

Music performed by Belturbet Comhaltas Youth branch.

Response to Beauty - 'A Fragile Trust ..." 

A showcase opportunity for work in progress from Response to Beauty, facilitated by artist Heather Brett with artists from the region.   The evening will include an exhibition of work from some of the participating artists including Elena Duff and Milca Gabb.  
Desmond Geough, Geopark Ambassador from Jampa Ling will provide visitors with an opportunity to view the house and grounds of Jampa Ling Centre.
