Excited to learn from speaker
Tony Severance from Hurst Lending as he shares:

"Learning & Understanding Investor-Centric Loan Products"

How do Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans work?
How can I qualify for a no seasoning cash out refinance?
What is the criteria for an investor fix & flip loan?

Come learn the answers to these questions and more as we learn, invest, and connect with Tony!

Thank you for investing your time to attend our March meetup!

Many thanks to Bradley Garza for sharing his personal lessons, words of wisdom, and motivation from the perspective of a new-ish real estate investor.
Book for this Month's Raffle:

Books I read in April
From Strength to Strength: Finding Success, Happiness, and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life by Arthur Brooks. If this subject interests and/or applies to you, this book is worth a read or listen. Understanding the changes that come later in life as our achievements and identity shift is important. The book illustrates how priorities and habit focus changes and provides insight on how to navigate the inevitable changing environment that comes with the "second half of life." 3 out of 5 cheers!
Building a StoryBrand: Clarify Your Message So Customers Will Listen by Donald Miller Recently I was asked to give a testimonial and was provided several questions to answer. The questions stood out as being extremely thoughtful and not the typical testimonial reply. Turns out, those questions were inspired by this book and thus I decided it would be my next read. I very much enjoyed this book as it provides a clear framework with which to connect to your end user. 4 out of 5 Cheers!
