It's that time again! Mark your calendar for the Annual Advocacy Potluck and Public Hearing with County Council on Wednesday, April 10th. Join your arts and humanities peers to share a meal with Councilmembers and use this time to describe the impact your organization has on Montgomery County.

Following the Potluck, attend the Public Hearing to support the arts and humanities as members of the community testify about our sector's reach and impact.

Annual Potluck for           County Council


April 10 -- Set-up: 5PM
Potluck: 5:30 - 6:30
Public Hearing: 7PM - 9PM

Potluck: 5th Floor Conference Room/CCOB
Public Hearing: 3rd Floor Hearing Room/CCOB
Location: County Council Office Building (CCOB), 100 Maryland Avenue, Rockville (Click here for directions)

Bring a dish to share (for about 10 people) that is easy to serve and easy to eat standing up. What you should bring depends on the first letter of your LAST name. Please follow this distribution:

--Last names beginning with A-L: Appetizers
--Last names beginning with M-R: Desserts
--Last names beginning with S-Z: Main Dishes

At the Potluck and Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 10th, show your support for Montgomery County's arts and humanities by wearing one of the colors of the County flag. AHCMC will provide attendees with branded signs for the Public Hearing.
