Syncing your life with your devices creates immediate efficiency for you. There is nothing worse than how many of you are operating on a daily basis with your calendar and devices. Why are you tolerating the lack of syncing when you input your information? When you put a note or an appointment in your calendar, it should easily show up right where you put it. Technology is a support for you and to help you communicate easily, quickly and accurately. Don't put up with the basics not working for you causing frustrations and keeping you from trusting the very devices you need to operate, efficiently.
Make sure you are easily syncing your calendar when you input the information  -  if not, get it fixed.
Put away the little pieces of paper you are writing on to make notes when the syncing does not work - make your syncing a priority.
Use a 15 minute reminder of your appointments – this simple reminder (60 seconds to input in my settings) has saved me from missing so many things because my DEVICE reminded me of what is next.
Review your calendar and device every couple of days to make sure that what you input is getting into the calendar.
Put the address and telephone number on the first line of the calendar notation so you don’t have to search for info while making a call or using your GPS.
Give yourself time in your calendar to get where you need to get – schedule your appointments with “get there” time included.
Use your calendar notes section for notes – that seems simple enough, but that section of the device can save you tons of time and carrying paper with you – it also helps you remember to create the outcomes you want, when you need/want them.

“I knew I could control one thing, and that is my time and my hours and my effort and my efficiency” - Ryan Seacrest
