The Jeremiah’s Place Executive Director Search Committee and the Jeremiah’s Place Board of Directors have unanimously selected Tammy Aupperle as the next Executive Director of Jeremiah’s Place. Most recently, Tammy was the Director of Global Strategy for the National Center of Arts & Technology (NCAT), an affiliate organization of Manchester Bidwell Corporation. Tammy replicated the Manchester Bidwell Educational Model in new cities nationally and internationally. Before joining NCAT, Tammy was Principal of TB Aupperle Consulting. Her philanthropy consulting practice builds on more than 25 years of experience in advancing social change in the foundation and corporate community and the non-profit sector, as well as in international development. She has worked as a grant-maker, a strategic planner, and a fundraiser.

She has the warmth and practical approach to strategic planning and problem solving that will help us tremendously,” said David Dix, President of the Board of Directors of Jeremiah’s Place. David went on to say, “Tammy also has the fund raising experience and the ability to help us to share our services with a larger audience. The Jeremiah’s Place Board of Directors is excited to work with Tammy as our new Executive Director.”
In response to her new appointment, Tammy said, “I am excited and honored to join Jeremiah’s Place as the new Executive Director. There is a great deal of work to do, and I look forward to working collaboratively with the Board and the dedicated staff to progress the strategic agenda and make a positive impact.” Ms. Aupperle has a BA in Political Science and a Masters of Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh. She serves on the Best of the Batch Foundation and Wesley Family Services board of directors. Tammy continued, “With the Board and the incredible staff, we will continue to protect children, strengthen families, and transform communities.”
