On the 8th of February garagErasmus launched its first project of 2019 - “Erasmus Vote Power: active citizens for an active Europeat the European Parliament in Brussels.

The project is co-financed by the European Parliament and aims at motivating the Erasmus Generation to go to vote in European Parliament elections, which will take place between 23 and 26 May 2019. During the event, we explained the procedures that EU citizens need to follow to cast the vote while abroad. In addition, garagErasmus has selected 28 ambassadors who will organize events in their hosting country to spread practical information about participation in the European elections! Meanwhile, here is the Erasmus Vote Power handout  with important information regarding national voting methods for EU citizens residing abroad that provide crucial information on how to vote during the upcoming elections.
