Update Regarding your
JL Cable Bill

Because we are still working out some billing issues with Hotwire, the JL Cable bills were sent out late.  Because of this, the deadline for receipt of your payments is April 20th.

If you are a JL homeowner and are interested in serving on any of the following
JL POA Boards / Committees
please e-mail a one page biography about yourself noting which committee / board you are interested in and what skills you have that qualify you for this position. Please send this  to admin@jlpoa.com by April 15th.

Design Control Board (Full-Time Resident)
JL Cable Board
JL Realty Board
Legislative Committee
Long Range Planning Committee

The JL BOD is looking to appoint members to these boards/committees.

As of April, 2015 JL homeowners became responsible for maintenance of their own security systems.  As a result, the POA contracted with two vendors to provide special pricing for JL members of $65 per hour.  You may contact either of these vendors, or you may work with a company of your choosing.

JL POA Building Update

The POA Building is moving ahead at full speed.  The interior wall framing is up, the low voltage electrical and plumbing is now underway.  Next week the roof tiles should be going up and the windows installed soon thereafter.  So once the exterior is buttoned up, we will be able to continue non-stop through the spring rains!

Citizens Against Rail Expansion in Florida (CARE) continues to actively pursue all possible legal, political and public communication channels to stop the ill-conceived All Aboard Florida (AAF) rail project that threatens the public safety and current way of life of communities throughout the Treasure Coast.

Winning this fight is up to us. The residents of the Treasure Coast communities who have the most to lose from this project must stand and fight—and CARE is ready to continue leading the way in this fight.

Please stay in touch on our website, www.care-fl.com, and like our Facebook page for updates on CARE’s progress.

Look who came to visit. He likes us so much that he decided to hang around and take a snooze.
