Waterway Park Update

Since our last update, rough grading continues with the contractor preparing the south side of the parking lot and the Indiantown Road entry road for final grades in July-August.  Sheet pile walls installation is complete and concrete pile caps are about 30% complete.  Excavation of the boat basin is expected to begin in late June.  Storm drain structures #9 & #10 are installed, leaving the remaining 40% of the structures to be completed in the next month (along spine road).  The exfiltration trenches are under construction and should be done within the next month.  Water and sanitary sewer installation along the spine road is expected to begin in late June with the lift station wet well completed already.  Water/sewer connection into Jonathans Drive is still expected in late July.  The turn lane work is ongoing and should be completed by early July.  The restroom’s metal deck and plywood sheathing has been installed/dried-in with interior work expected to begin in late August.  The main electrical feeder to the restroom has been installed.

Due to a 4% annual increase from Hotwire,
your JL Cable quarterly bill will now be $280.32 effective July 1, 2016.
