Nutritional therapy kick-starts a sluggish thyroid

There are many signs and symptoms of a  sluggish thyroid. They include fatigue, depression, anxiety, cold extremities. constipation, high cholesterol, difficulty losing weight and thinning hair.
Several years ago, my client Julie was diagnosed with an under active thyroid  for which she takes daily medication. Your genes aren't always your destiny
A simple mouth swab sent to the lab for analysis can unlock the code to your  genetic strengths and weaknesses.  Some of the valuable health information you'll glean from a myDNAhealth test:  how your body processes fats and sugars, your liver's ability to clear toxins from the body and the type of exercise that suits you. A comprehensive report will show you how to maximise your welbeing by eating optimally for your genetic deficiencies. Find out more by clicking on the myDNAhealth link at the bottom of the about us page on my web site.

The introductory fee  for a myDNAhealth genetic test, including  a comprehensive report and a consultation is £195 (until end of January 2016). Please get in touch if you would like to know more.

Remember, I offer a free, no-obligation 10-minute consultation for anyone who wants to find out more about nutritional therapy. Just email me your phone number and I'll call you.  In three months' time you could be a different person!

Nine great years
It's nine years since I set up shop (or clinic) as a nutritional therapist in Nottingham after a career in the software industry. Thank you to the hundreds of clients who have put their faith in me - it's a great privilege working with you. Here's to another nine years (at least)!

I know it's still November, so forgive me if it's a bit early for festive bonhomie,  but I'd like to wish you all a Happy Christmas and a healthy 2016,

Rita
