Not ready to say goodbye to summer? Cold frames, events, recipes, and workshops will keep you growing, cooking, and eating fresh produce through the end of the year!

For man, autumn is a time of harvesting, of gathering together.

For nature, it is a time of sowing, of scattering abroad.

- Edwin Way Teale
Alas, fall has finally arrived in full. The first chilly nights are a cruel reminder of the coming winter, and yet, before we give in to the ensuing snow, we can take solace in a few more months of growing, and the final bountiful harvests of summer.

Be sure to order your cold frame (1) now for installation before the first hard frost arrives, to allow for harvests through November and overwintering of crops. With a cold frame, you will be able to harvest fresh greens from your garden next March, before your neighbors have even planted seeds!
