From the President...

Happy New Year to everyone, hopefully it will be everything you desire.
2015 was a very good one for our communities with a number of building projects coming to fruition plus other endeavours that add richness to our lives. The Shire will give support to organisations that have proven themselves worthy of support.

The Australia day event at Coronation this year will recognise a number of community nominated people they feel have enhanced their lives and organisations.  There is no shortage of people who contribute their time and effort, so if  you’re not yet volunteering  please do so as its very satisfying.

The Electors Annual meeting will be held in February so please attend as it’s your Council and feedback always welcome.  The next Council Meeting will be in February and if we achieve as much this year as last it will be very busy.

On behalf of Council and Staff I wish so thank all those who have given their time in helping Council in many of our studies and projects throughout the year.

John Collingwood
President
