New brewhouse

Getting closer

New brewhouse banister

Our $52 million construction and expansion is coming along here in Galesburg. Our brewing vessels have been unwrapped and the spent grain silo has been assembled. Crews are busy assembling all the piping and wiring necessary to get our new 200-barrel brewhouse up and running. Local woodworkers are also busy working on the handrails, banisters, front entrance and many other details for the new addition that will compliment existing features at the Eccentric Cafe in downtown Kalamazoo. The lumber they are working with is locally grown as well. We anticipate opening our new brewery in May. Watch for more details on our blog and in upcoming newsletters.

Where's Two Hearted?

As a valued Bell’s customer, you may be wondering why you’re having trouble finding Two Hearted Ale in your favorite establishment. Thanks to your support, demand for our beer has grown by leaps and bounds over the last few years and we’ve come to a point where we physically cannot keep up.

The good news is that we are already very close to completing our latest expansion (mentioned in the construction update above) that will allow us to bring you more of this beer and more of our other brands as well beginning in just a few short months!
Everyone here at Bell’s thanks you so much for your patience and support while we grow into our new brewery. It’s because of your taste buds and appreciation that we are able to grow like we are and for that, we are truly grateful. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. You can also keep up with the latest details of our expansion on our website, Facebook, Twitter and Google+.

Why Oberon? Larry Bell played the King of the Fairies in his sixth grade class production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
