Hello Everyone!  We hope your summer is going well. There are a lot of events coming up, some favorites and some new.  Please review below and hope to see you soon.

HAVE AN EXTERIOR HOME IMPROVEMENT? Don't forget to submit an application to the Architectural Committee before beginning any work.  All exterior improvements (Front, Back and Sides of your home and lot) require approval prior to the start of any work.  Some common items that require approval include, but not limited to:
  • New Roof / Roof Replacement
  • New Windows
  • New Paint Color
  • Tree Removal / Tree Planting
  • New Landscaping and Xeriscaping
  • Solar Panels
  • Patio Covers
  • Decking and Patio (Wood/Composite/Concrete)
  • Flower Bed Retaining Walls and Borders
  • Pool Installation (above ground and in-ground)
  • New Accessory Building / Storage Shed
  • New Fence (repairs do not require approval)
  • Sprinkler Systems
  • Fence Stain
  • Playscape Installation
  • Outdoor Lighting
  • Basketball Goal Installation
  • Flag Pole Installation

DEED ENFORCEMENT: Property Inspections are performed every other week on either Thursday or Friday. Please ensure you are maintaining your home, lawn, gardens, trees, shrubs, bushes, and fence.  Trash pick-up is every Tuesday and recycle pick-up is every other Tuesday.  You have 24 hours after trash pick-up to put your bins away.  Trash bins should not be viewable from any vantage point.  Please place your bins behind the fence, in your garage or behind an approved screening.

HOME SECURITY: Do you have any home security needs? Door bell cameras, outdoor cameras, indoor cameras, security lights w/ camera, door and window contacts, motion sensors, glass break sensors, smart home features, and more. The Club at Wells Point has an exclusive relationship with Alert 360 available to all residents of the HOA with some deep discounts.

FINANCIAL and/or BANKING NEEDS?  We've got you covered.  The Club at Wells Point has a Community Business Partnership with University Federal Credit Union (UFCU).  By being a resident of the HOA, you have membership access to UFCU.

Social Committee is recruiting!!!

The Social Committee is looking for new members. We have a lot of great events and we can't do it without YOU.  The Social Committee is a group of your neighbors who volunteer their time to plan and execute the events we have here in the community.  This is a great opportunity to bring fresh ideas and energy to help with some of our favorite events, but also to come up with new event concepts you think the community will enjoy.

Movie in the Park
Friday, August 9th, 7:30pm

Come join us for a night out with a movie in the park. Bring your family, neighbors and friends. ​As always, we will be set-up in the park near the benches and playground. We will provide the snacks and popcorn, as well as the refreshments.

Food/Snacks: Popcorn, Snow Cones (Shaved Ice w/ lots of flavors), loaded nachos, sour pickles, animal crackers, and maybe some others.

Beverages: Water, Sweet Tea, and Pink Lemonade

Adult Beverages: Frozen Margarita & Frozen Pina Colada (21 years of age and older, ID REQUIRED)

Movie: Avengers: Endgame [watch trailer] - Rated: PG-13
Event Starts: 7:30pm
Movie Starts: Dark/Dusk (appx. 8:30pm)
Event Ends: when movie ends, appx 11:30pm (3 hour movie)

Brad served two terms on the Pflugerville City Council and wants to take that experience, his ideas and leadership to guide Pflugerville through it's next chapter of growth.

Annual Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale
Saturday, September 28th, 8am-12pm

Time for our Annual Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale.  Please join your neighbors by setting up a "garage" sale in your driveway. Clean out that garage, those closets, and the attic and take advantage of this event to hawk those items.  

We will advertise and put out the signs and banners.  Please price your items reasonably and set up early.  Be sure to get change (various denominations of coins and bills) ahead of time.  Be safe and always have another person with you to help you sell.
