So much is happening this Spring with LLC. There are lots of events coming up to support our Alumni and Community Partners. Stay in touch with us and catch all the news and updates surrounding our programming, member activities,events and the 2018 Signature Class. 
Leadership Lunch and Learn 
 
In support of Mental Health Month (May) we will be offering a QPR Leadership Lunch and Learn. Join us for this free 90 minute training session, providing straightforward, simple guidance on how to notice mental health warning signs. Not sure how to have that difficult conversation? Are you worried about someone in your workplace? Join us learn how to connect them with the right help. 

Friday, May 4th, at the Leadership Lorain County office - 1202 East Broad St. Elyria. Lunch and registration begins at noon with the presentation to begin promptly at 12:30 pm.

Calling All Runners 
 
On Saturday, May 12th, join members of the "Best Class of 2015" and "Best Class of 2018" as they present the 4th Annual Strides for Leadership 5K and Fun Walk. 

The Strides for Leadership event promotes Health and Wellness in Lorain County. This year's proceeds will benefit Second Harvest Food Bank and the Blessing Box Project.

Looking for a way to give back to the community? Come out and join this Volunteer Opportunity!

In connection with the Class of 2012 and United Way's Spring Day of Caring. This year the group of volunteers will be heading to El Centro. Be sure to register HERE and use the code Lorain Leader, so the team from Hands On North East Ohio and United Way can ensure enough supplies for all. 
 
Rocking with Connections 
 
Help the Connections Young Professional group as they raise awareness and funds for their upcoming year of events. 

Rockin’ on the River is Northeast Ohio’s longest running and highest attended outdoor concert series at BLACK RIVER LANDING in Lorain, Ohio!

Connections Young Professionals Network has the opportunity to pour beer on the OPENING NIGHT of the 2018 season.Friday, May 25th Dirty Deeds - Xtreme AC/DC Tribute with special guests The Michael Weber Show will be kicking off the summer.

Connections will need a minimum of 25 volunteers. 8-10 volunteers will need to arrive by 5pm and the remaining need to arrive no later than 6:15. If interested in volunteering please fill out this form

If volunteering isn't for you, you can support by attending this show. The more attendees to the show...the larger the donation to Connections!
