OVER TO YOU.......

We want to hear what you have been doing with your Unit/District/Division so we have set up a page on our website for you.
On this page you will see that we would like your news, depending on your Division, at different months. Please take a look
Since our last update in January we have been continuing to test the development enabling enquirers to login and manage their enquiry. As well as this we have put together a help document for enquirers wishing to use the login option to manage their details and a set of FAQs for volunteers. A set of FAQs for Enquirers will be completed in due course ready for launch.
The testing of the development has gone well and we will be launching to enquirers during April. This will be a staged approach and we will enable new enquiries to login and use the functions before sending an email to current enquiries (and this too will be staggered). This is to enable us to manage any support required by enquirers.
We would like to ask that you take some time to read through the help documentation. If following this you have any additional questions, please let us know so that we can address these.

It would be much appreciated if District Commissioners and Level Contacts could pass on the information in this newsletter to anyone in their District that does not have access to e-mail. Section Leaders are asked to cascade to Young Leaders and D of E / V-Volunteers. There are still some people not receiving their copy of the newsletter as their email address on Go! is incorrect. Please check and make sure that your details are up to date. If you do not wish to receive future copies of the E-Bulletin, please use the facility at the end of this issue to unsubscribe.
