Thank you so much to everybody for your prompt payment of 2016 Subscriptions – it did mean that County got back all the money it was due from Headquarters/Region without any penalties.  Brilliant – thank you.
Subscriptions have now been agreed for 2017 – in the sum of £32 per head.
Could you please make sure that all Leaders are aware of this and that you budget for this figure or charge your parents accordingly.
A huge Thank You to Jenny Aspinall as she completes her role as Division Commissioner for Upminster.  Jenny has done an awful lot for the Division and I am sure she will continue to be very active there.  Jenny continues to be one of our Assistant County Commissioners, so she will still be very busy within the County.
Welcome to Sue Emanual who has very kindly agreed to take up the reins within Upminster Division and become Division Commissioner.  Sue, I know Upminster Division will welcome you with open arms and fully support you.
Are you passionate about programme?

Interested?  Please contact the County Office.
Programme & Adventure would like to encompass the ‘Arts’ in its repertoire!
Do we have any skilled/qualified Dance – Drama – Music instructors/teachers within our County?
Yes?  Please contact the County Office
Membership Systems Update - early in 2017 there will be an update of the current systems to make them easier for members to use.  Obviously this won’t be such a major change as when we converted from paper copies to digital records.
To help with this changeover you are asked to check your records now –
1.         Check that all the details for your Unit are correct and up-to-date – i.e. meeting place, times etc.
2.         Check your own personal record is correct and ask all the Unit team, including Young Leaders to do the same.
3.         Check all the details of the girls in your Unit are correct and you have all the relevant information recorded.  The easiest way to do this is to run a report for your Unit and give the information to the Parents to check.  We should do this every year to comply with Data protection.
If you need any help, please contact the County Office or Kate on
It would be much appreciated if District Commissioners and Level Contacts could pass on the information in this newsletter to anyone in their District that does not have access to e-mail. Section Leaders are asked to cascade to Young Leaders and D of E / V-Volunteers. There are still some people not receiving their copy of the newsletter as their email address on Go! is incorrect. Please check and make sure that your details are up to date. If you do not wish to receive future copies of the E-Bulletin, please use the facility at the end of this issue to unsubscribe.
