Hello OP Network,

Ontario Presents continues its work to incorporate equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and decolonization (EDIAD) into all that we are as an arts-service organization. 

As part of this work, we are pleased to share our EDIAD Survey with you. 

If you could take some time to provide feedback through this survey, you will be helping Ontario Presents establish a baseline identifying where our members are on their EDIAD journey. With this information, we will then determine more opportunities for weaving EDIAD into all of our programs and services that can best support our members. 

The survey should take about 10 - 20 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain anonymous and only be shared with Ontario Presents staff. 

  • Only one response per member organization is requested.
  • Deadline: Responses will be accepted up to January 20th, 2023.
