Find Social Media Scary?
by Kevin Daws, Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce
Pitman Training
When I go round talking to local businesses, both new and established, it is not unusual for the conversation to include a mention of using the social media.

I find that some people are a bit scared of the social media either because they do not understand it or only know a little about it. The typical comments I hear include:
  • Using the social media takes up too much time.
  • Social Media does not lead to new business
  • Only young people use Twitter and Facebook.
  • I am too old to understand the social media
The reality is that you can use the social media to raise the profile of your business but it will not happen overnight! Read More.
