Road Closures Beginning 7 July

The Chamber would like remind local businesses of the upcoming road closure dates which are part of the Cheltenham sewer investment work scheme implemented by Severn Trent:
Queens Road – will be closed starting on the 7 July 2014 – expecting to last around 3 weeks
Fairview Road (at the junction of North Place to the A46) – now closed from the 30 June 2014 and expecting to last around 5 months. The sewer works will only effect the eastbound carriageway approaching the town centre, and the work will be progressing in phases to help minimise local disruption.
Suffolk Road (at the junction with Great Norwood Street) – now closed from the 7 July 2014 and expecting to last around 3 months
These works are part of a £5 million investment scheme to improve the sewer network in Cheltenham.  Diversion routes will be in place for all these road closures, and all businesses in the area will be open as usual. For further information, read more. (Twitter: @nmcnchelt). Contact info.
