November Update

This month, we're introducing you to new features which enable you to customise your reporting times and categories. Plus we'll show you how to get your Loaded Reports GST invoices, and provide useful ways to help you stay in touch with the team at Loaded Reports.

With summer almost upon us, and revenues increasing, now is the time to ensure the systems for maximising your profits are in place.



Reporting Preferences.


You may have noticed there is a new section under your report categories called 'Reporting Preferences'. This includes two sections to help make your reporting more accurate.

Cut Off Times - Use this to set your reporting period start point, for each day and week.

Food/Beverage Split - Use this to set which item categories are put into food and beverage reporting. This is handy as often the POS will be set up under a generic 'item' category and you may notice all items being categorised as food.





Loaded GST Invoices

You can access your Loaded Reports GST invoices to keep the tax man happy from 'Settings' on the top right of your Loaded log in. Go to 'Your Sites' then 'Manage Account'.
