Hello Fellow Geographers,

I came to New Hampshire in 2010, and was welcomed warmly into the circle of geographers.  It was a great transition as a member of the Texas Geographic Alliance to becoming the coordinator of the New Hampshire Geographic Alliance.  After much contemplation, I have decided to accept a voluntary separation package from Keene State College, and have resigned my position. I have enjoyed working at Keene State College immensely, as well as my work as Alliance Coordinator.   It has been rewarding working with such dedicated teachers.  There have been a lot of changes with both restructuring at the college and National Geographic, and many great things are happening in support of students across the state of NH.  Accepting the package was more of a personal decision for me.  Life circumstances and other possibilities have me headed in a different direction.  My family is going to be moving back to the Southwest.

I will be hosting a conference call on Monday February 12th at 4:00 pm EST for anyone interested in discussing the future of the New Hampshire Geographic Alliance.  If you are interested in attending, please contact me and I will add your email to the conference call, and will send you the link.

Sincerely,
Lara Bryant
