”The Everpresent Help of the Eternal is at our side. More than ever will we have to realize this. People forget that the Eternal is All there is. We can do anything within the Realm of Harmony, and with the help of the Eternal. When the presence of the Eternal is manifested, It outbalances destructive influences.”

For those of us that are conscious of being on our spiritual journey, we realize that these are dangerous times. Not necessarily because of unrest and violence .... or even of sickness and physical death from a virus .... though they are real physical dangers .... the danger lies in being seduced by frustration, fear and hatred .... of getting mentally and emotionally lost in the collective subconscious ego.

Shortcomings within the ego can be seduced by the false empowerment of hatred .... and can be tempted to join the bandwagon! Yes, we should fight .... we should fight for what we love .... with a sense of calm, sincere Love..

Hatred is challenge .... and it can become a catalyst to align with our Inner freedom, strength and Unconditional Love. Love is the Great Harmonizer .... strong, wise and compassionate.

We are challenged to live a conscious and compassionate life! A few Beings manifesting compassionate and loving attitudes and actions out weighs, so to speak, multitudes of infantile egos and hatred.

"Love one another, but make not a bond of love: Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls."

Regaining Harmony
“The Great Power which alone can really eliminate Fear is Universal Life Energy. ... Success is yours in the ratio that you strike off the grip of Fear, no matter in what department of your human activities it may be, for until you break the hold of that paralyzing force you are stricken with a sense of impotence and inferiority all the more deadly in that it chokes back any real hope of getting rid of it."

Inspiration
There is much fear and hatred in the world, and it seems to be magnified right now. You see it on your TV, it intrudes on your social media, you may even encounter it in person. It can pull at the fear in you, calling for a corresponding reaction. When you become aware of those feelings rising (or catch yourself in the midst of them) - simply stop! Use your Will, aligned with Universal Life Energy, to re-establish Harmony. Do the Star Exercise. Make the Mental Contact.

Question
How can I break my unconscious link to fear?
"8. What is Fear, its causes and effects?

Fear is: A feeling of impotence and inferiority, caused by ignorance of the thing with which you have to contend, and it produces a shrinkage and contraction of all the physical channels in your body.

9. How can Fear be eliminated?

Fear can be eliminated: By the use of Universal Life Energy."

Today is Labor Day in the United States and many people celebrate with cookouts and family gatherings. The children are headed back to school, even if it's only on their computers. Autumn is in the evening air. Time for one more (socially distanced) outdoor get-together before the weather turns cold. This calls for baked beans - with a twist!

Sunny's Nunya Business Tropical Baked Beans
Recipe courtesy of Sunny Anderson on The Kitchen

One 28-ounce can baked beans
1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) fresh mango salsa (fresh, like, not jarred)
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes

Add the baked beans to a small pot on medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until it bubbles, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the mango salsa and chili flakes. Serve warm.
"... every individual naturally loves himself first and his neighbor next. But real cooperation and collaboration are impossible while people are always ready to sacrifice each other, no matter how little, to their own interests. Therefore, they set before Mankind, as an Ideal to be realized, the elimination of that margin of safety which people left for themselves in their attitude toward their fellows. ... "do unto others as you would have others do unto you.""
