🥑 Keto + 🍦 ice cream = ❤️ happiness

"You can't buy happiness but you can buy ice cream and that's kinda the same thing."

I love ice cream, but being on keto means I can no longer eat the familiar ice creams that I used to enjoy (and rightly so because all that sugar!). That's why I'm excited to see more and more keto ice cream options pop up in Singapore.

In fact, I'm so completely biased for ice cream that I created its very own "ice cream" filter on the Keto List site Here's some must-trys:

Kind Kones is located at Forum Shopping Mall along Orchard Road, and its keto chocolate sorbet (xylitol, cocoa) seems to be perpetually sold out! They have a keto vanilla flavour made with coconut milk, cashew milk, xylitol, vanilla.
Momolato sells keto gelato wholesale and online - Korean strawberry cheesecake, avocado lemon, raspberry, avocado chocolate, Italian hazelnut, Sicilian pistachio, coconut. I believe Mahota Kitchen stocks keto gelato from them, so that's one place to try them out if you're not keen on delivery orders.
Mrs Plump's is an ice cream shop at Hong Lim Park selling keto flavours like Toasted Coconut, Acai & Berries, Chocolate, Peanut Cacao. Handcrafted in small batches.
And hands down my top favourite is 'Christie's Creamery' by Christie Kamala (shop name my own invention out of fandom). She makes the most unbelievable homemade keto ice cream flavours like butter pecan, pandan, lychee, rainbow, milk tea. Yes, all keto-compliant, even though the ingredients don't sound like it! You can even design your own ice cream, by selecting a base flavour, then add-ons like nuts, berries, choc chips, cookies. Available on the marketplace of Singapore Keto Lifestyle for the Busy.
