Celebrate with us! With our latest issue the Touchpoint Journal enters its tenth year of publication, having first been published in early 2009! Thanks to the tireless volunteer efforts of an ever-growing community of peer contributors and editors from around the world - supported by a small and dedicated production team - Touchpoint has moved from strength to strength. English or German? You decide!

Dear Service Design community, we're planning a workshop ("Successful implementation of Service Design projects") to be held at the SDN HQ in Germany and are wondering if we should have it in English or German. The facilitator is Dr. Tina Weisser, one of our SDN Accredited Service Design Trainers. Anyone from the international community interested in attending who would want it to be presented in English? If so, just reply to this mail with 'English' in the text body to let us know.
