Case Study

Engaging Users with Service Safaris

The latest addition to the SDN Case Study Library comes from service designers Tiina Kirvesniemi and Jaana Poikolainen who have recently shared the results of work within the Finnish youth-based social service system. Utilising a service design approach, the participating team looked to develop potential services for at-risk youth by defining their needs and behavioural patterns with the use of Service Safari.
