We are pleased to welcome Andriy Milinevskyy to our extraordinary team of Accredited Service Design Masters and Trainers. Andriy has worked at CEO and C-level positions in the international telecom space. He was introduced to service design by his mentor—Santiago Argelich—and in turn, initiated creating an in-house service design practice. In 2016, he co-founded the service design agency CX design.
