Are you ready for the Service Design Global Conference! Next week we will welcome all of you to our virtual space in the spirit of this year’s theme ‘’Taking a Stand’’. In this special edition of the Insider, we dedicate all content below to assist you in your attendance preparation. With that said, we are pleased to announce that the virtual event platform, Brella, will open on October 14, 2021! As we have networking slots available for you to book your 1:1s with other attendees, this is your opportunity to pre-book your networking meetings before the conference starts on October 21, 2021. 

New to Brella? See below for detailed information on how to access and navigate the platform with ease. 

Last but not least, discount codes have been emailed to our SDN community. Don’t forget to use any discount code you have received to book your conference tickets.

The virtual event platform Brella will open on October 14, 2021! Seize the opportunity to pre-book your meetings before the start of the conference on October 21, 2021. Let's not forget the fun activities held on Brella, such as a scavenger hunt and yoga!

Are you new to Brella? Brella's matchmaking algorithm allows you to find the most relevant connections with the event's attendees. You can then chat, suggest 1:1 video calls with fellow attendees, and overall start your networking journey.

Growing your network with the right people has never been more efficient with Brella. Please watch this video for instructions on how to set up your Brella profile and start networking with other attendees - hooray!

SDN Academy: If you have participated in an SDN Academy course or are an SDN Academy course trainer, you get 15% off your ticket purchase! Your discount code will be emailed to you this week - stay tuned and check your inbox! 

SDN Accreditation: If you are an SDN Service Design Accredited Master, Professional, Practitioner, or Organisation, you get 10% off your ticket purchase! This discount code has been shared via email with you, and a reminder will be sent to you this week! 

SDN Members: SDN members are entitled to a reduced ticket price. Register for the conference with the same email address you use to log in to SDN website.

Service Design Award finalists: If you are an SD Award finalist, you have been already assigned to the special registration group with your email, thus receiving a discounted ticket.

Service Design Global Conference 2021 Workshops!

This year's conference workshops have been designed by the Service Design Global Conference team, with the intention for you to learn and get hands-on service design experience! Details about the workshops are visible via the agenda page

For new registrations: workshop tickets will be offered during your registration process. You can register here.

Registered attendees: log back into the registration system using this link with your email address and last name and select workshops you would like to attend.

The Service Design Award Ceremony will occur on October 21, 2021, at 9:00 PM CET at the Service Design Global Conference, hosted by Kerry Bodine (Head of Jury). During the ceremony, we will celebrate all our finalists and announce the winners.
