What's Happening with Hadassah!
Check out these awesome events in June.

Richmond Hadassah Book Club

Join us June 14th at 1 pm at the Weinstein JCC to discuss Elinor Lipman's "The Inn at Lake Devine."
"It was not complicated, and, as my mother pointed out, not even personal: They had a hotel; they didn't want Jews; we were Jews."

Elinor Lipman's highly acclaimed novel is about anti-Semitism in the 60 and 70s and intermarriage. But it is much more than that!  "Lipman offers up sparkling scenes of serious social mischief, explorations of identity, delicious food....and a wedding party or two."  See here for more reviews and to order the book.   We hope you attend our discussion!

Please bring suggestions for books to discuss in the fall to the meeting or contact Deborah Cohen at with suggestions.
