Hello and glad tidings to one and all,
The theme for this month is team building and partnerships. April was a busy and productive month for us all.
The Scout Fair, Eagle Recognition Dinner, and the Creek to Bay Clean Up with I Love A Clean San Diego were all a success.
Our teamwork was on display for all to see during each of these April events. It is also a key reason why I can say without qualification that these April activities were a success. I received very positive feedback from our partners. They were very grateful for the effort and contributions put forth by our ESAA members.
The inspiration derived by the efforts of our ESAA members reinforces that universal expectation of excellence from an Eagle Scout. It also paves the way for invitations from future partners hoping we will again rise to the occasion and do a good deed.
Our team building and partners is just part of that secret sauce to help us help other people at all times.
Let’s get ready for summer.

The purpose of the San Diego - Imperial Council Eagle Scout Alumni Association (ESAA) is to support and enlarge the success of the Boy Scout movement and build fellowship among adult Eagles in San Diego and Imperial Counties. The ESAA achieves this purpose, by recruiting as many adult Eagle Scouts as possible to become Scouting volunteers, by supporting activities within the Council that promote the Scouts' advancement along the Trail to Eagle and by giving recognition to the young men who earn the rank of Eagle Scout.
