New Year, New You in the Kitchen
As we enter 2013, I just want to say thank you for giving us space in your inbox. I know that you all are inundated with information every second of your lives, so I really appreciate getting to say, "Howdy!" every week and hopefully leave you with some cooking inspiration. There is so much in store for this next year. Over the next few months you'll see some changes to the newsletter, several new product launches, and a lot more help from us. We hope 2013 is a fruitful year in the kitchen for you, and we'd love to see your creations. If you share them via any of your social networks, use hashtag #CookMoreIn2013 so we can all get inspired.

We love hearing from you. I've received many emails with both praise and suggestions for improvement of our meal plans. Here are two that keep me motivated to keep up the good work in the kitchen:

For those that haven't had a chance to try a meal plan yet, this week is absolutely wonderful. The smashed avocado melt was a new recipe creation, and I've become an official addict. I've eaten it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; it's that good, and you're going to love it.
