The news outlets are reporting that the new AP1000 reactors being constructed at Vogtle, Units 3 and 4, have suffered more delays.

They are predicting that Unit 3 now won't come online until Summer of 2022:

"The first of two new reactors likely won’t be in operation until at least the summer of 2022, and the project’s total costs are likely to rise at least another $2 billion, according to one key monitor’s report Monday."

Nevertheless, testing is progressing. They will make it.
