We need greens!
This Sunday we are having crafts and lunch in Hildebrand Hall after worship. One of the crafts will be assembling Advent wreaths, for which we need greens from evergreen trees. If you have access to such greens, please bring them to the church on or before Dec 2nd. Pine cones are also welcome. Thanks!
Online Advent Calendar!
Plymouth's first online Advent Calendar is going live this Sunday, the first day of Advent! You will recieve an email with the link to the calendar and will also be able to click on a link from our webiste. We will have daily posts along with an opening time of prayer you can do as a family. Look for that email!
Poinsettia Delivery Change!
We have changed the Poinsettia delivery day to Dec 16th, so put it on your calendar - we'd love to have some parents join us for the festivities! Children in grades 3-6 will carry poinsettias to Horizon House during the 10am hour and deliver them to rooms of PCUCC members. And then we'll walk back!
Healing Services During Advent
Healing Services Wednesdays at Noon
As we make ready for Christ’s coming in the world, we recognize the hurt, loss, unfinished business of our lives that we carry into this season. The labyrinth will also be open for additional… Read full article >
Children's Chapel this Sunday
We will be gathering at 10am this Sunday in the chapel for "Children's Chapel"! With Advent upon us, we will be considering how we are preparing for Christ's birth through service and sharing our joys with the world. As always, parents and families are welcome to worship together during this interactive service of movement, music and food for thought!
Plymouth Youth Forum Leads the Plymouth Forum this Sunday at 10am!
Please join us at 10am in Hildebrand Hall this Sunday, for a fascinating, youth-led presentation.
For 15 years, Global Visionaries has worked to empower youth and foster cross-cultural solutions to social-justice and environmental problems. Last year, they led Plymouth’s Youth Forum mission trip to Guatemala. At this Sunday’s forum, we will learn about the history and philosophy of this dynamic organization, hear how it has touched the lives of our own youth, and explore the possibility of deeper involvement. Of special interest is a new opportunity for families to participate in mission trips.
