Superpotluck - January 26

Sunday, January 26th I think will prove to be a busy and Spirit-filled day! We have a number of programs happening after church, including the confirmand/mentor potluck, Masterminds & Wingmen, and the MLK Soul Choir concert!

We are planning a superpotluck for which different groups are being asked to bring different things. For the confirmation/Masterminds crowd, please bring a main or side dish (salads are being covered by another group).

We will gather in Hildebrand at 12:15pm to get our food and then each group will split off to various areas in the church. We look forward to sharing a meal with you all!

Childcare will be available… Read full article >

Masterminds & Wingmen - January 26

Our discussion group will meet again Sunday Jan 26, 12:30-2 pm.  (Remember to park or move your car into the Plymouth parking lot so you do not have to pay for parking after 1:30.) Here's how to prepare for the January meeting:

Honestly, there are very simple things we can do as a family that will naturally encourage spiritual growth . . . things that a lot of which families do anyway. Still, it's nice to know that the things we do are helping our kids in this way. Nancy Bostrom wrote a lovely little book called, 99 Ways to Raise Spiritually Healthy Children, from which I will share excerpts to plant seeds, share ideas, and offer encouragement for families of ALL SHAPES AND SIZES.
