Term 4 Timetable
begins Monday October 10th. 

Remember to book - save money and reserve a space for your mat!
Check out our calendar to see what else is going on this term.


To best facilitate student numbers, and make classes available for all, 
Please give us 12 hours notice if you are unable to attend your usual class.
We will then be able to offer you a makeup class.
Less than 12 hours notice will mean you forfeit the class.

Make up classes must be booked. 

Remember that by pre paying for the term, you save up to 20% - equivalent to 2 FREE classes each term . 

Any questions regarding this new policy, please feel free to chat with your teacher who can assist you in achieving the most from your commitment. Term 4 is a 10 week term.

Spring time health ......

Spring is the time of year as nature moves from the cold and dark, still into warmth , light and movement.
The earth warms, leaves and blossoms unfurl, you may even feel the pulse of life quicken. 
But moving from winter to spring is not always easy and smooth – maybe more like a cranky bear emerging from hibernation, it is very common to feel sluggish and heavy.
The rishis (the ancient mystical “seers” who founded the yoga tradition) created rituals and festivals to honor each season and to remind us of our connection to the natural world. The great yoga master T. Krishnamacharya adjusted his approach to practicing yoga to correspond with the time of year.
Weave some simple Ayurvedic principles into your life, aiding a smooth seasonal transition and emerge feeling transformed , energized and prepared ready to get your springtime groove on.

FREE YOGA at the markets
Sunday 16th October 

All welcome to join 45 min yoga sessions, outdoors at Umina Beach Markets.
Come along and practice under the shade of the trees in soft ocean breeze. 10.30 and 11.30 am - classes led by the wonderful teachers of Umina Beach Yoga . mats provided.
