Dear Yogi,

As you may have heard, pet Mayor Garcetti’s request last night, we are closing until March 31.

More updates to come as we have them. 

Thank you for understanding. It is with a heavy heart that we do this. Practicing feels like the only answer in a time riddled with fear and uncertainty. Continue to follow us where you can. We hope to bring you more content in the coming days.

REMINDERS from our last email:
Remember how you memorized a portion of the Ashtanga Primary Series in Mysore? This is the time to thoughtfully put that to use.

If there were ever a time to practice, it is now. Breathe deeply. Move your body. Go through your regular activities with mindfulness. Stay hydrated. Eat slowly. Rest. Sleep. Drink tea. Use nature’s herbs and aromatherapy to stay cleansed. Cherish your moments outdoors and pick the sweet nectar hanging from the trees.

We will offer updated articles, purifying pose suggestions, inspiration and schedule updates on Facebook, Instagram and our website. If any major changes take place, we will email you.
