UNH is seeking an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior to successfully teach Organizational Behavior across their undergraduate and graduate programs, in the experiential classroom and/or online learning environments.

Paid Freelance Consulting Opportunity

 
Each Fall, Conducere supports a law firm in writing up performance feedback documents for over 200 associates at the firm. This year, Conducere will sit in on roundtable meetings (about 40 2-hour meetings) and take detailed notes capturing the essence of what partners and senior associates are communicating about the performance of different associates.
  • Must be available for at least 20-30 hours in October to serve as a notetaker during roundtable meetings
  • Pay rate: $25/hour

This month we are happy to announce Dr. Gena Cox, PhD, as our Spotlight Member!
Dr. Gena Cox in an organizational psychologist, executive coach, and keynote speaker.  She has worked with Fortune 500 leaders for over 20 years to enhance leader effectiveness and build work cultures in which all employees can thrive. 

Gena imagines a day in which the term “diversity and inclusion” becomes just another name for "100% leadership”.  She encourages top leaders to lead this change, as explained in her recent Harvard Business Review, linked here. Gena is currently writing a book for C-suite leaders, board directors, and other leaders who want to build inclusive organizational cultures but lack clarity and confidence about their role in making this happen. The book will be published in Fall 2022.
