The Impact of Targeted Public and Nonprofit Investments on Neighborhood Development
This report discusses the impact of focusing private and public investments on low income communities in Richmond,VA. The report shows that in a given block, if investments exceeded $20,100, the sales price for homes in that area increased by as much as 50% making an argument for concentrated investment.
