Pay Now – Update:
There has been some confusion about how the "Pay Now" feature is supposed to work. To clarify, Pay Now is only available for a customer to use when sending his or her first payment. It is not intended for ongoing payments. Once the carrier has processed the customer's first payment, the Pay Now link will be replaced with a link to their carrier's website in its place.
The Exchange Customer Service Center is still getting many questions from Navigators regarding error codes. When you get an error code, please be sure to check your Troubleshooting Desk Aid before contacting the Customer Service Center. Many error codes, including the process to fix them, are listed in the Troubleshooting Desk Aid.

Upcoming Help Session
With open enrollment quickly coming to an end, the HBE will be conducting a help session webinar on January 19, 2017 from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m., covering information concerning 1095s, 8962s, and Qualifying Life Events/SEPs. This will be a required training, which will appear on your LMS dashboard. If you attend the help session live, you will only have the two exams associated with this material to complete.
Updates Coming April 17, 2017
Among many other exciting updates to the WA Healthplanfinder on April 17, 2017, one update will be the release of a mobile app, which will allow clients to view their current plan and enrollment status, upload documents, and more. Another update will be increased partnering and un-partnering capabilities for Navigators. More to come.
