Dear all,
These are challenging times and we realise that, at this moment, for many organisations innovation may not be a priority. Still many of the projects and innovation tenders are ongoing and we want to inform you about some important notices.
Extended deadline MOOI tender
First of all, we would like to address the MOOI tender. Due to current circumstances the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and the Ministry of Interior and Kingdom Relations in consultation with RVO and Topsector Energy have decided to extend the deadline for application. The extended deadline will provide consortia with some extra time to prepare their application.

The original deadline for pre-application will be postponed by four weeks to 18 May 2020, 17:00 hrs. The final application can be done between 4 August 2020 and 6 October 2020, 17:00 hrs.
Please note that this is still preliminary information and subject to publication in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).

You can find the original news item here (in Dutch). Please check the RVO website for more information and updates.
Re-opening Renewable Energy tender
Furthermore, we would like to inform you that RVO announced re-opening the Hernieuwbare Energieregeling "HER", or Renewable Energy tender. The tender re-opened on 1 April 2020 and will close 31 August 2020, 17:00 hrs. For this tender a subsidy budget of € 20 million is made available.

You can apply for the subsidy in the period mentioned above via The programme lines applicable for your project are the same as in the present tender.
RVO emphasises that starting from 1 April the procedure for submitting an application for subsidy at RVO changed as follows: instead of an E-box office, a web interface must be used. An instruction video can be found on this website.
With the measurements taken many events worldwide will, unfortunately, be postponed or cancelled. Please note all the changes in our event agenda for the coming period.
For further information on the consequences of the COVID-19 crisis on subsidies, programmes and events please refer to the RVO website and the Rijksoverheid.
Lastly, we wish you all the best for the coming period and remain at your disposal for any questions. For contact details visit our website.

Best regards,
Bob Meijer
