Professional Photo Tips

Professional photos can be very important; they allow for you to make a lasting first impression. Here are 3 tips to help.

  1. Ensure your photo represents your profession or professional goal. If you are a dancer, your professional photo could include dance attire, however if you are an accountant, a professional head shot may better represent your professional goals.

  2. Mind your background, a busy photo with too much “background noise” can become distracting. Its nice to have creativity and originality but remember this picture is about you not what is happening behind you.
  3. Quality is important. Do not use a cell phone to take your professional photo, the quality is not there, and our goal is a quality photo.
