10ft Deep —

The intention of this newsletter (roughly each week) is to ignite curiosity that inspires a personal dive into design and creativity in a low-pressure digital space.

But not every human has the margin, safety, or freedom for this basic human experience. And that's just one tiny example of what needs to change.

There's a lot of heaviness in the world right now, and remaining silent in a world where racism still exists is not an option.

I'm no expert in this subject matter–and far from being perfect at this (especially as an introvert who avoids conflict). But one area I do know well is graphic design. And like every other 'pay-to-play' industry out there, this is one seriously white industry. And it's time we do better.

This platform is extremely humble in size and scope, but it's one avenue I've got. A lot of you reading this right now are also white like me, and I plead that these resources help you take action in your own journey wherever you are.

This movement is not a trend, and would love to receive any additional resources (design related or not) you'd like to share that continues the conversation and action.
