Holiday Lights Ride

 

Light Up Your Bike For the Holidays!



Join us on our wildly popular family-friendly holiday bike ride! We will be riding at a leisurely pace for a couple miles on the quiet streets of Rossmoyne. LIGHT UP YOUR BIKE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

Meeting at Nibley Park 1103 E. Mountain St. Glendale 91207 at 
5:30 and leaving at 6 pm sharp. 

We'll be enjoying FREE HOT COCOA at Gauchos Village as well. Bring water, a helmet, and a bike in good working condition. ALL AGES WELCOME*

There will be a competition for "safest and brightest bike" and "safety facts for safe night riding". 

Kids younger than 8 should be able to ride several miles or be on a safe child-carrying device to participate on the ride.

Next Steering Committee Meeting - December 14th

Elections! Come help decide the future if Walk Bike Glendale!  

Our monthly steering committee meetings are a great opportunity to get involved with Walk Bike Glendale.  Meetings are open to the public and anyone who is interested in improving conditions for walking and bicycling in Glendale is encouraged to attend. You do not need to be a steering committee member to attend. Meetings are held from 7:00-8:30 the second Monday of the month at the Glendale Arts Community Room located on the first floor of the Orange Parking Garage at 118 W. California Ave.

Walk Bike Glendale is a local chapter of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition (LACBC).  When you join LACBC and choose Walk Bike Glendale as your local chapter, your donation will support us in our mission of making Glendale a place where everyone feels safe to walk and bike.   We use your membership contributions to print flyers, make awesome stickers, host rad events and advocate for you  at City Hall. So join today and then join us at our next Walk Bike Glendale event knowing you helped to make it great!
