Cincinnati Has Highest Rent Increase in the Country....Again!
This comes as no surprise to the tens of thousands of hardworking Cincinnati households struggling to pay rent.
Unless we boldly invest in housing affordable with incomes of $35,000 a year and less, rents will only continue to increase. We must #fundthecincytrustfund. We must put funding for truly affordable housing back on the ballot because #everycincyfamilydeserveshousing.

Catching up and talking about the Affordable Housing Leverage Fund and recent developments... Please share this important video!
(video starts around 2:50 mark)
Tickets are NOW AVAILABLE for November's Virtual Trainings and IN-PERSON Tours!

As always, it's Pay-What-You-Can to support the Homeless Coalition Education Program.

Thank you!

Act Now! Tours are limited to 20 people.
Here's a different look at the same info we posted a few days ago.
In Cincinnati, there are:
144,929 households
89,566 (62%) of our households rent
36,113 (40%) of our renting households cannot afford the rent, meaning they are paying more than 30% of their income just for housing
33,036 (92%) of our households who cannot afford their home's rent, have an annual income of $36,000 or less
17,997 (55%) of these households not only can't afford their rent, but are paying more than half their income to try and keep a roof over their heads.
There should be zero doubt about how to have the biggest and most positive impact on our City, #fundthecincytrustfund #everycincyfamilydeservesahome
Like so many of us, if you are a part of one of the tens of thousands of households living this struggle, you already know...
