Management inaction may delay negotiations  

Management's reluctance to commence negotiations could result in significant delays to CSIRO's enterprise bargaining process, the Staff Association has warned. The news comes as speculation mounts that the Federal Government will announce aggressive new rules targeting the pay and conditions of public sector workers around Australia. CSIRO structure rumoured for major overhaul 

Reports suggest that senior management are set to undertake a major overhaul of the CSIRO's structure and operations as part of the Organising Arrangements Review (OAR) - also known as the Matrix review. Latest update here
