Werribee Gorge State Park Hike Day Trip - Saturday 23th November - 8AM to 5PM
Some uphill hiking, a winding river, a 'beach', rock walls and some spectacular views - Werribee Gorge has it all!
Saturday 23rd we are hitting this slightly challenging, 9km hike with our boots, our sunscreen, our water and our cameras. It's expected to take around 3.5 hrs but we might take our time and enjoy some of the views, picnic at Needles beach (don't forget a packed lunch!) and wind our way along the circuit route. Be aware that there are some rock wall sections traversed using wire rope aids and that it does get pretty hilly.
We would love to confirm numbers so if you're planning on joining or would like some more information, please let us know below by emailing us at email@example.com, connecting at our Facebook Event or calling or texting Bethany (040197892).
If you're taking public transport the closest transport hub is Bacchus Marsh Station. Unfortunately there is no public transport to the park itself, and current works on the Ballarat line make transport to Bacchas Marsh pretty messy with replacement buses, but we're here for you!
We have car space for transport so give us a buzz by Facebook or email and we'll get you there!
Check out some of these photos from past events! See yourself or someone you know in these? We would like to collate photos of past events, do you have any share?
