Just a wee newsletter from us at Play Highland this month - we don't want to keep you from all your outdoor exploring, den building, puddle jumping and free play! Hopefully you've had some good weather so far, and fingers crossed we have a nice warm month coming up!

WATCH: Man hand-builds amusement park inspired by nature
An Italian restaurateur has created from scratch an 'ecological park' in Battaglia, Italy. With around 50 rides, it includes hand-built swings, a multi-storey slide tower, a huge gyroscope, a ferris wheel, a rollercoaster and a trampoline. Play Day - 3rd August 2016 - Playday is the national day for play in the UK, when thousands of children and their families get out to play at hundreds of community events across the country.

CALA Conference 2016 - 30th September 2016 - The 2016 CALA Conference will be taking place on the 30th of September at Greyfriars Free Church in Inverness. This year’s theme is ‘Family Matters – Opportunities and Challenges’.
