February is National Heart Awareness Month, as deemed by the CDC. Here's an article from the American Heart Association that is a quite in depth explanation of the warning signs of heart attack, stroke and cardiac address. The symptoms are different for women than they are for men, and sometimes these are silent, so I think my Valentine tip to all of the people I care about would be - know as much as you can about your ticker.
