Construction Rules Tighten Around GV

TRAFFIC CONGESTION SPURS TEMPORARY RULE CHANGE The City of MB has temporarily tightened construction materials delivery regulations around GV to assist in getting children to and from school safely. Large deliveries of materials are limited to between the hours of 9am and 2pm and MBPD will be out to reinforce the new rule.

Valentine Cookie Sale, 2/10-11

PROCEEDS SUPPORT BUDDY BENCH INSTALLATION Treat your Valentine to a cookie and you'll help provide a Buddy Bench on the playground. Our Student Council has teamed up with Cake Bakeshop for this sweet fundraiser. Cookies will be for sale 2/10 and 2/11 from 2:15-3:15pm by the cafeteria tables. At $2 each, they're a perfect way to say Happy Valentine's Day to teachers, friends, and family!

Hula Hoop Challenge 2/14

AFTER SCHOOL - UPPER PLAYGROUND The Hula Hoop Challenge has become a favorite GV tradition! It's fun! It's healthy! It's a little bit wacky! Bring your own hoop, or borrow one of ours. 2:15pm for grades 1-2-3 and 2:45pm for grades 4-5 and Kindergarten. The ice cream window will be open from 2:15-3:15pm.

BOX TOP COMPETITION NOW TO 2/26 Drop off Box Tops in classroom bins by 2/26 to qualify to win one of two ice cream parties. One party will be given for the most Box Tops collected, and the other will be won by lottery. Classrooms earn one chance at winning the party lottery for every 50 Box Tops collected.
