Education Roundtable 3/24

LOCAL LAWMAKERS COME BACK FOR MORE After a hugely successful Meet Your Lawmakers event last year, our local legislators will return to Manhattan Beach to update our community on the latest education-related legislation in Sacramento. Hot button topics include:
  • Common Core implementation and funding
  • Teacher shortages
  • Public education funding
  • Construction of school facilities
Seating is limited, so reserve a seat now, and when you do, take the opportunity to submit questions you may have for your legislators. Thursday, 3/24, 6:30-8pm, Mira Costa High School Small Theater.

Used Batteries

MB BATTERY RECYCLING PROGRAM Our school library no longer serves as a collection point for used batteries. There are four convenient locations around Manhattan Beach.
