Gator Gratitude

WOW! WHAT A FAIR! Many thanks to the fairgoers and volunteers who made the 50th Annual Spring Fair a big success! Sincere thanks to our family of sponsors -- we couldn't have done it without you. Thank you to the fair committee: Jen Camacho, Rochelle Cistone, Wendy Farber, Adam & Debbie Goldberg, Stephanie Graham, Julie Grasso, Courtney Halle, Jo Karambelas, Anna Moore, Melanie Shim Mori, Mariko Ostboe, Nicole Pagel, Ali Snider, Dawn Southgate, Julie Tendoesschate, Amanda Zaumeyer, and Bea Zimbalist. We also thank Yoobi for providing the amazing arts and crafts bus, Steve & Kate's Camp for their animation station, and Girl Scout Troops 2055 and 8915 for overseeing the Sugar Shack. A big shout out to Kathy Poje, Caryn Dates, and Victor Simmering for making it all run smoothly.

LEINART FOOTBALL CLINIC A big thank you to Matt Leinart for coaching eighteen lucky Gators at the 3rd Annual Matt Leinart Football Clinic on 5/11. The kids had a blast, learned a ton, and posed for pictures with the Heisman Trophy winner himself!

CONGRATS TO OUR PLAYERS! Grand View did it again with back-to-back championships at the Jeff Goodrich Soccer Tournament on 4/30! The event raised $49,000 for MB/X, with GV raising more than any other school, largely because of Captain Jeff Serota's relentless recruiting and hard work. Sincere thanks to our players: Jeff Serota, Charles Southey, Michael Henry, Paolo Marescalchi, Fred Koerber, Jim Webster, Paul Kokorowski, Gil Horta, Dan Finnerty, Brad Bohl, Felix Boos, Ryan Marshall, Chris Kelley, Jonas Hudson, Aj Sauer, Gerard Murphy, Andrea Zislis, Steven Giacoma, Ashley Wilde, Bryan Trieb, Dennis Hueman, Brian Disser, Mark Bell, Paul Chau, Ben Padnos, and Loren Macklem.
